- has a positive effect on the process of rooting green cuttings and seed germination
Rooting fertilizer for herbaceous cuttings and seeds "Korzeń Z Max" is a multi-ingredient, crystalline rooting fertilizer. For use when rooting plants with herbaceous shoots. Used in the processes of vegetative rooting (from cuttings, shoots) and generative (from seeds). Regular use in the first stages of plant growth strengthens the root system, which is responsible for the uptake of water and nutrients. A well-developed root ball positively affects the health of plants in the following years of cultivation.
The high content of potassium in the fertilizer, properly selected microelements and the addition of vitamin B have a positive effect on the growth and development of root buds. The rooting fertilizer "Root Z Max" is distinguished by the content of magnesium, which has a positive effect on the development of a dense root system. Micronutrient - zinc is involved in the synthesis of auxins responsible for the construction of plant tissues, including adventitious roots. Auxins are also important during seed germination, so zinc indirectly increases germination. Nitrogen is the starting dose for germinating seeds, the sprouts of which gain a green color with its participation.
A simple recipe for a herbaceous seedling:
Houseplants for herbaceous cuttings, e.g.: Kalanchoe, American violet, Triple, potted begonias, Grudnik, Anginaceae and many succulents.
Trees, shrubs and climbers propagated by herbaceous cuttings, e.g.: birch, catalpa, Podolian percussion tree, ornamental cherry, elm, Japanese ginkgo, common heather, cotoneaster (only species that shed leaves), forsythia, some fuchsias, garden hydrangea, climbing hydrangea, syringa, cinquefoil, some clematis, common ivy, wisteria.
To take a seedling, cut the green part of the plant with at least one node (the place from which the leaves grow). Then tear off the lower leaves so that they do not come into contact with water or they will rot. Exceptions are some plants, e.g. American violet, which is propagated from cuttings in the form of a leaf. So prepared seedling is immersed in water. Until the root system is formed by the seedling, the water in the container should be regularly replenished.
Method of application
Fertilizer for use in rooting green cut or detached shoots, suitable for vegetative propagation, cuttings, when planting rooted plants and when sowing seeds.
- SEEDLING ROOTING: Use 1 teaspoon (5 g) of fertilizer per 2 liters of seedling substrate and mix. Put the legs into the prepared substrate and water it.
- BLOWING UP ROOTED PLANTS: Pour 1 teaspoon (5 g) of rooting fertilizer into 1 liter of substrate and mix. Then plant the plants and water them.
- SOWING SEEDS: Pour 0.5 teaspoon (2.5 g) of rooting fertilizer into 2 liters of substrate and then mix. Sow the seeds into the holes, cover with soil and water.
