- Compiled in an optimal proportion of macro and micro nutrients, they guarantee abundant flowering of plants as well as high quality for consumption and processing of fruit.
Special forms of nitrogen, phosphorus and quickly absorbable magnesium determine the correct, time-stable effect of the fertilizer and effective uptake of nutrients by plants.
Each granule provides the claimed nutrients.
This ensures their even distribution on the surface.
Composition:
- nitrogen (N),
- Phosphorus (P),
- Potassium (K),
- Calcium (Ca),
- Magnesium (Mg),
- sulfur (S),
- boron (B),
- Copper (Cu),
- Iron (Fe),
- Manganese (Mn),
- molybdenum (Mo),
- Zinc (Zn).
We use the fertilizer if the substrate is not acidic enough, i.e. it has:
- pH above 4 - blueberries, rhododendrons, azaleas, heathers, heaths, ferns
- pH above 5 – conifers
- pH above 5.5 - hydrangeas
- pH above 6 - currants
- pH above 6.5 - strawberries and wild strawberries
- pH above 7 - root vegetables, tomatoes and peppers, hedges, deciduous trees and ornamental shrubs, fruit trees, gooseberries
- pH above 7.5 - celery, beetroot, onion
- pH above 8 - cucurbits, brassicas
Fertilizer use:
Before planting, mix the soil from the planting hole with acidic peat or bark and sawdust of coniferous trees in a volume ratio of 1:1. For 100 l of substrate prepared in this way, add 50-100 g of SUMIN fertilizer to blueberries and mix it thoroughly with the substrate. After applying the fertilizer, if the soil is not sufficiently moist, it should be watered. The resulting substrate should have an acid reaction, i.e. pH in the range of 3.5-4.0.
After planting blueberries and their good rooting, the fertilizer should be spread in the amount of 20-50 g (maximum annual dose) per 1m2 of soil around the plant. In several divided doses, every month - two, until the end of August (e.g. the lower recommended amount of 20 g in 3 doses: 5 g in March - April, 10 g in May - June, 5 g in July - August).
Use soft water, preferably rainwater, to water the plants.
Blueberries already growing, in subsequent years of cultivation, fertilize from April to August, every month or two, using 20-50 g of fertilizer (maximum annual dose) per 1 m2 of soil around the plant, in several divided doses (not more often than once a month) . In the absence of irrigation, reduce the amount of fertilizer by half in July and August. For mycorrhized plants, the recommended doses can be reduced by 20-30%.
After applying the fertilizer, if the soil is not sufficiently moist, it should be watered.
The higher of the recommended doses is used for fertilizing soils poor in nutrients, the lower ones for fertile soils.
