Sun Pak herbicide on 5 ha
- SunPak is a set of 3 herbicides with systemic action, applied as foliar, designed to control a wide spectrum of monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous weeds in spring and winter cereals. The commercial package is dedicated to 5 hectares.
DESCRIPTION OF ACTION ON WEEEDS
The active substances contained in SunPak are taken up mainly by weed leaves, and then they are quickly moved around the plant. The first effect, visible a few days after application, is inhibition of weed growth and development. The weeds die completely after a dozen or so days after the treatment.
On dicotyledonous weeds, symptoms appear initially on the upper tips of the plant as necrosis and chlorosis. The upper leaves are wilted and gradually this effect affects the lower parts of the plant. Chlorosis or reddening of the leaves are also visible. On the other hand, monocotyledonous weeds show changes in leaf color, often to anthocyanin or chlorosis. They are especially pronounced on young leaves located in leaf sheaths or near the node. Withering and dying of plants occurs from the top of growth.
According to Art. 28 of the Act of March 8, 2013 on plant protection products (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2097), from November 26, 2015, plant protection products intended for professional users may be sold to persons who:
1) have completed training in the use of plant protection products in the Republic of Poland, confirmed by a certificate of completion of this training, or
2) have completed training in the field of advisory on plant protection products in the Republic of Poland, confirmed by a certificate of completion of this training, or
3) have completed training in integrated crop production confirmed by a certificate of completion of this training, or,
4) not earlier than within 5 years, prior to the purchase of these funds, they have completed the training required for professional users in another Member State of the European Union or in a country that is a party to the agreement on the European Economic Area, on the basis of the provisions in force in that country, confirmed by a document of completion of this training, or presented another document issued on the basis of the regulations in force in that country, confirming the authorization to purchase plant protection products intended for professional users.
Only persons over 18 years of age may use plant protection products.
Plant protection products should be used safely.
