Makar is the first variety in the world with genetically determined resistance to septoria leaf blight, so it does not require chemical protection against this disease.

The variety stores very well. Makar celery is recommended for processing, it is suitable both for supplying the fresh market and for sale in bunches - due to its earliness. Suitable for accelerated cultivation.
