Fertilizer for azaleas and rhododendrons from the Mineral gel series is a liquid mineral fertilizer in the form of a gel, to be dissolved in water. Designed to feed rhododendrons, azaleas and other plants from the ericaceous family. Fertilizer for azaleas and rhododendrons intensifies the formation of impressive flower buds and extends the flowering period. The gel formula of the fertilizer dissolves very easily in water. The fertilizer solution can be successfully used to fertilize plants grown using traditional methods, as well as in hydroponic crops.
The fertilizer contains optimal doses of macro- and microelements adapted to the needs of ericaceous plants. The basic distinguishing feature of the fertilizer is the ability to maintain the correct acidic reaction of the soil, which is very important in the cultivation of ericaceous plants. Only in this reaction are azaleas, rhododendrons and other ericaceous plants able to absorb all the nutrients from the soil. Rhododendrons and azaleas very often suffer from diseases caused by nutrient deficiency, which manifest themselves in various discolorations and spots on the leaves, and sometimes even lack of flowering. Nitrogen and the trace element iron are fertilizer components that can be easily supplemented. Their deficiency is indicated by yellow interveinal discoloration of the leaves. Brown spots on the leaves indicate a boron deficiency, which will also be supplemented with fertilizer for azaleas and rhododendrons. Potassium ensures proper firmness of the leaves and prolongs the flowering period.
Method of application
The packaging includes a transparent cap for precise and convenient measurement of the fertilizer dose. The cap indicates three dosage levels, depending on the amount of water we use for watering:
Level I - a dose of 7 ml of fertilizer to be dissolved in 2 liters of water
Level II - dose of 14 ml of fertilizer to be dissolved in 4 liters of water
Level III - dose of 21 ml of fertilizer to be dissolved in 6 liters of water
Fertilizer should be used during intensive and flowering periods, as well as in the period preceding flowering, plants should be fertilized once a week. During the remaining growing season, fertilize the plants once every 2 weeks. Do not exceed the recommended doses, as this could damage or destroy the plants.
