- Wigor S is a specialist fertilizer intended for fertilizing sulfur-loving plants, preparing fertilizer mixtures and, in the long term, lowering the soil pH.
Properties

Wigor S is a granulated fertilizer containing 90% sulfur.
The bentonite contained in the fertilizer (pH>7), thanks to its swelling properties in contact with water, causes the fragmentation of sulfur.
Sulfur particles are oxidized in the soil by microorganisms to a sulphate form that is absorbed by plants. The effect of sulphate growth in the soil occurs after seven days from the application of the fertilizer, and further systematic activation of sulfur ensures an adequate supply of plants with this element throughout the entire vegetation period.
Sulfur functions in plant development
- It is essential in the process of protein synthesis,
- It helps reduce the share of non-protein forms of nitrogen in the plant (including nitrates),
- It increases the taste and smell of plants (onion, garlic),
- It increases the resistance of crops to diseases and pests as well as frost and drought.
Rules of use
It is recommended to sow the fertilizer in autumn, and in spring for rapidly growing cereal crops, corn and vegetables.
The fertilizer should be mixed with the soil.
