Nitrogen contained in ammonium nitrate occurs in two forms: fast-acting nitrate and slow-acting ammonium, retained by the soil sorption complex. Ammonium nitrate is a universal nitrogen fertilizer suitable for pre-sowing and top dressing, for all crops, for all types of soil. Nitrogen contained in ammonium nitrate affects the increase in the quantity and quality of the yield - it increases the content and quality of protein in the yield. Ammonium nitrate additionally contains magnesium (Mg) in the amount of 0.2%, which improves the condition of plants and the nutritional value of crops.
