- The fertilizer is intended for fertilization of coniferous trees and shrubs in order to properly prepare them for the winter period. Properly selected nutrients of the fertilizer support the mechanisms of lignification, which protects conifers from ...
Increased potassium and phosphorus content increases resistance to frost and has a beneficial effect on plant water management.
If the fertilizer was not applied in autumn, it should be used in early spring, just before vegetation begins. This will improve the growth and development conditions of plants in spring.
Method of application
Use from July to the end of September, scattering the fertilizer around trees and shrubs. Fertilization should be carried out twice at an interval of 4 - 6 weeks. Depending on the age and size of the plant, it is recommended to use 5 g (convex teaspoon) of fertilizer for every 1 meter of tree or shrub height. When calculating the fertilizer dose for creeping plants, assume 5 g of fertilizer for every 1 meter of plant diameter. The fertilizer should be applied to the surface corresponding to the diameter of the crown and, if possible, mixed with the soil so as not to damage the roots. In the case of columnar forms, the sowing area should be twice as large as the diameter of the crown. Regular watering increases the efficiency of fertilization. One tablespoon contains an average of 15 g of fertilizer.
