- Crystalline potassium salt 60% K2O is a pre-sowing fertilizer. It is recommended to apply at least 2-3 weeks before sowing crops and to mix it with the cultivated layer at a depth of up to 10-15 cm.
Keeping the earlier date for sowing potassium salt will allow washing out some chlorine from the soil layer in which the basic parts of the root system of the crop develop. For grassland, we use it before the vegetation begins after the first cut, and in the case of pastures not later than three weeks before the start of grazing, dividing the entire dose of potassium into at least two parts.
Potassium salt is used in fertilizing:
- chloride-loving vegetables - sugar beet, red beet, celery
- chloride-tolerant vegetables and orchards - in autumn or as early as possible in spring
- lawns - in spring and autumn.
Nutrients:
Potassium oxide (K2O) - 60.0% (m / m) soluble in water
Fertilizer application instruction:
Application:
Potassium salt is a universal fertilizer for fertilizing most vegetables, orchards and lawns. The fertilizer can be used on all types of soil.
Fertilization:
Granulated potassium salt is a pre-sowing fertilizer. It is recommended to apply the fertilizer at least 2-3 weeks before sowing seeds or planting plants. The fertilizer should be mixed with the soil to a height of 10-15 cm.
Fertilizer doses:
Potassium salt is used at a dose of 0.17-0.25 kg / 10m2, mixing the fertilizer to a depth of 10-15 cm.
