The plant is a hybrid resulting from the crossing of winter agrimony and Chinese cabbage.

It grows best in light soils. It is eagerly eaten by cattle and can be fed as green fodder, grazed or intended for drought. It does not give the milk aftertaste. Also used as a beekeeping plant. Sown in spring, it is excellent as a feed for snail breeding, and also as an aftercrop for plowing.
