- The fertilizer for flower meadow, thanks to the high content of potassium and phosphorus and micronutrients, will ensure intensive flowering and color of flowers.
A flower meadow is a plant community with various nutritional needs. It requires quite abundant fertilization.
Preparation of the site for a flower meadow
Measure out the correct amount of fertilizer. Before sowing a flower meadow in spring, apply 30 g of fertilizer per 1 m2.
The fertilizer should be sprinkled evenly over the soil surface, and then mixed with its top layer to a depth of at least 5 cm.
Sow the seeds, mix shallowly with the soil (0.5-1 cm) and tamp the soil.
Fertilization during the growing season
We start fertilization in April, using 40 g of fertilizer per 1 m2.
The next fertilization is done after each meadow mowing in the dose of 25-30 g of fertilizer per 1 m2.
The last fertilization is done in August, then we apply autumn fertilizers.
Provides abundant flowering and intense color and flower fragrance.
