Creating a temporary zone in a designated area of ​​the lawn that is ignored during mowing

GARDENA ZoneProtect is a cleverly designed device that allows you to temporarily disable the SILENO robotic mower from specific mowing areas. With this handy signal transmitter you can create flexible and temporary lawn areas that will not need to be mowed. For this purpose, it is not necessary to correct the original position of the boundary wire. To mark a protected area in the garden, you need to lay a cable up to 15 meters long. In this way, obstacles such as a trampoline, swimming pool or flower meadow can be excluded from the mowing process. ZoneProtect's built-in battery charges via a USB cable, so no mains connection is required. Fully charged, it lasts for 31 days of operation. The LED indicator shows the battery level and loop signal status. The mowing robot automatically turns off when the battery needs to be charged. ZoneProtect uses existing SILENO installation kit components such as tubing, pins and connectors (which are not included with ZoneProtect). The cable can be wrapped around the device for storage. ZoneProtect is compatible with all SILENO minimo, SILENO city and SILENO life models, and GARDENA provides a 2-year warranty.

Temporary island and omitting areas in the garden

ZoneProtect creates a flexible, temporary area on a designated area lawn that is omitted when mowing. There is no need to change the current one location of the boundary wire.

Powerful battery

The battery can be charged via a USB cable for one charge enough for approx. 31 days of work. Connection to mains power is not provided necessary.

Possibility to work with current SILENO elements

The device uses existing elements of the SILENO installation kit, such as wires, pins and connectors (which are not included with ZoneProtect). On storage time the cable can be wrapped around the device.

The LED indicator shows the battery level and signal status power supply. The mower stops automatically when the battery requires it top-ups.
