- Multi-ingredient mineral fertilizer that prevents browning of coniferous trees and shrubs. Thanks to the granular form, it is convenient to use and guarantees an even release of nutrients.
Fertilizer for conifers against browning of needles is a multi-ingredient mineral fertilizer that prevents browning of coniferous trees and shrubs. Thanks to the granular form, it is convenient to use and guarantees an even release of nutrients. The high content of potassium in the fertilizer supports the proper water management of the plant, making it less susceptible to periods of drought and other adverse environmental factors, such as low temperatures. The fertilizer is a rich source of magnesium and micronutrients, thus preventing yellowing and browning of needles due to nutritional deficiencies. Properly nourished with potassium and magnesium, plants are also less susceptible to freezing. Regularly applied fertilizer ensures proper coloring of needles and restores good condition of plants. The fertilizer does not contain nitrogen, so it can be used throughout the season, until October.
Attention! It should be borne in mind that the browning of the needles can also be caused by fungal diseases or pest infestation, which are not prevented by any fertilizer. In such cases, it is necessary to use effective plant protection products. Browning can also be caused by freezing, which can be counteracted by applying autumn fertilizers.
Advantages:
- replenishes nutrient deficiencies
- prevents the browning of needles caused by magnesium and iron deficiency
- does not contain nitrogen, so it can also be used in late autumn
- yield: 40-60 g of fertilizer per 1 m of plant height
Composition:
CE fertilizer
- potassium (K2O) - 7%
- magnesium (MgO) - 22%
Micronutrients:
- copper (Cu) 0.1%,
- iron (Fe) 0.8%,
- manganese (Mn) 0.17%,
- zinc (Zn) 0.05%
How to use:
Use from March to October, every 45-60 days.
1. Measure the right amount of fertilizer, depending on the age and type of plant:
- young plants (up to 0.5 m high) - apply 20-30 g of fertilizer per plant,
- older plants - apply 40-60 g of fertilizer per plant,
- creeping plants and shrubs - use 20-40 g of fertilizer for every 1 m2 of the area occupied by plants.
2. Sprinkle the fertilizer evenly around the plant and mix it with the topsoil if possible.
3. Water the plant abundantly after applying the fertilizer.
